About us
SHANG HAI GUO CHUANG CENTER(hereinafter referred to as the “Center”) is jointly initiated in July 2021 by Lingang Science and Technology City, Fudan University Engineering and Application Technology Research Institute, Shanghai Process Intelligence Technology Innovation Research Institute, Shanghai Xinxing Information and Communication Technology Application Research Institute, Lingzhong Technology and other institutions, as well as influential people in the industry. The competent unit is Shanghai Municipal Economic and Information Commission.
The center is committed to promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, science and technology industry exchanges, promoting industrial cross-border empowerment, strengthening the communication between government and enterprises, strengthening personnel training, and disseminating value information, and helping to promote the construction of the Yangtze River Delta science and innovation core area into an international science and technology innovation center with global influence
