Foundation creation
The Hong Kong Chinese Education Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Fund) is initiated and established by the following entities

Oriental Financial Holdings Limited
The Fund is a non-profit making organization
Established in Hong Kong on September 12, 2002 and approved by the Hong Kong Government on November 25, 2002
The initial income of the Fund comes from donations and support from sponsors and individuals
The purpose of the Fund
Education first, people first, giving back to society and benefiting China
Since its inception, the Foundation has been fully supporting people in need of education, so that they can improve their education, ability and skills to contribute to society. We also actively appeal to the community to participate in and support the Foundation, so that more people can receive assistance in education.
The Fund fulfills its social responsibilities and obligations, is committed to promoting traditional Chinese educational culture, promoting cultural, educational and technical exchanges between China and Hong Kong, and subsidizing the establishment of schools and education in the Mainland and supporting outstanding young people to further their studies and become talents.
The mission of the Fund is to use the funds effectively for the advancement of education and the growth of human resources.
The purpose of the Foundation is to encourage more people who are enthusiastic about education and public welfare to give money and contribute to education and give back to society through their own actions and efforts.

China Education Foundation Hong Kong is a charitable organization dedicated to the development of education.
